About The Position

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is hiring entry-level to experienced Production Operators at its Menomonie, Wisconsin facility. Operators support the manufacturing of injection-molded parts and assemblies for the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device industries. The facility offers an indoor, climate-controlled environment, a clean workspace with both sitting and standing jobs, and on-the-job training across multiple production lines. The job posting advertises an in-person hiring event on Thursday, November 5, with on-site interviews at the Origen Building, 428 Technology Drive E, Menomonie, WI 54751. The anticipated starting wage is $19.00 per hour, plus a shift differential that varies by shift. Responsibilities

Run injection molding presses and develop knowledge of their operation.
Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts against quality criteria and check for defects.
Use a computer to navigate files and locate documents.
Trim and package parts according to customer standards.
Communicate job status to the previous and following shifts and share information about problems or process variations with Technicians.
