Production Operator
About The Position
This position is for a Lease Operator / Production Operator in Malvern, OH. The role involves performing daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities, conducting production tests, and performing minor repairs on surface production and injection equipment. The operator will also be responsible for operating production and injection equipment, preparing and submitting daily reports on gas and liquid volumes, well pressures, and chemical usage, and ensuring safe working practices. Additionally, the role includes operating, optimizing, and performing routine maintenance on oil and gas wells, gas gathering facilities, dehydration systems, and compressors. Computer skills in Microsoft Office are required, and a clean driving record is necessary.
Requirements
- Prior Oilfield Experience is Preferred
- Possess computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Must have a clean driving record to be considered for the position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SCADA and/or other trending and computer-based software.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance checks and inspections.
- Experience in gas compression and dehydration system operations.
