Requirements

Responsibilities

Operate a state-of-the-art printer
Achieve daily production objectives
Maintain printers through regular checking and cleaning
Conduct quality checks at multiple control points and adhere to quality standards
Feed production lines and ensure smooth operation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Follow and participate in 5S methodology for a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Follow procedures and adopt safe working practices
Capture production and waste data to improve processes and efficiency
Fix and troubleshoot minor issues during the shift
Ensure order completion (cans and add-ons)
Process dunnage received from customers
Actively participate in training systems for development
