The Production Operator role is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality residential roofing materials through accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of manufacturing processes. This includes machine operation, quality verification, packaging, housekeeping, and forklift operation. The position requires availability for 12-hour shifts (7 am - 7 pm / 7 pm - 7 am), weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must have ability to work in the U.S. without current/future need for GAF visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing concepts and safety practices and procedures is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a willingness to contribute to a continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and forklifts, and production and/or shipment of quality products.
• Record and document all required data on the computer and/or in written form.
• Follow all safety, operational, maintenance, and housekeeping policies and procedures for the plant and your assigned department.
• Complete product testing and inspections in accordance with product and quality specifications and alert supervisor to variations in the production process at all times.
• Perform other duties related to plant operations as assigned.
