Production Operator - 2nd/3rd shift

We're hiring immediately for multiple Food Production Operator openings on 2nd and 3rd shift! Pay ranges from $25.37-$29.21 per hour depending on the position and shift. Your work may include mixing, cooking, packaging, palletizing, and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled.
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks.
- Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing production team.
- Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Read and follow detailed recipe cards, work instructions, and batch records.
- Load ingredients, package products, and palletize finished goods.
- Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning.
- Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following company and food safety standards.
