About The Position
Production Operator Join Our Team We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment.
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to working safely and supporting a safe workplace for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with your team, promoting a culture of respect, fairness, and cooperation.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical instructions to support production tasks.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other equipment.
- Operate a variety of tools and machines to complete production work.
- Maintain high standards for product quality and production efficiency.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including spill prevention, stormwater protection, and proper handling of materials.
