We are looking for you! As a Cylinder Filler, you will fill high pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes) following established compression temperature and pressure guidelines. You will be responsible for filling high pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes) utilizing the compression temperature / pressure process. Manage and safely navigate equipment used for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders. Take ownership of all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests to ensure quality before cylinders are released. Safeguard the condition of our cylinders – identifying those requiring maintenance or repair and ensuring they are cared for before returning to service. Regularly monitor and maintain pumping apparatus along with associated pressure gauges and monitoring devices to ensure peak performance. Fill cylinders or containers to the appropriate pressure or weight, ensuring accuracy and safety. Maintain clear and accurate cylinder filling records, following all procedures to remain in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the team on loading and unloading trucks and/or trailers as needed. Contribute to inventory management, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and build positive relationships with customers when providing service. Support the team by making deliveries when a primary driver is unavailable.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain a hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.
Must have a clean MVR.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion also required.
Ability to perform very heavy work – routinely lifts 25 – 75 lbs., and occasionally lifts 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
Ability to operate and obtain forklift certification.
Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer generated documents.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
