Tri Rinse is an award-winning, St. Louis-based provider of agricultural services including seed box management, container management, industrial cleaning, and formulation/packaging. This role will play a critical, hands-on role in the services we provide to our customers: responsibly recycling containers and formulating and packaging the products needed for the agriculture industry.

Requirements

  • Worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Earned a high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Can recognize and distinguish between different colors
  • Mechanical aptitude and great hand/eye coordination
  • Proficiently read, write, and understand English
  • Knowledge of pumping/blending equipment, special hand tools, and industrial machinery
  • Lift/carry up to 50lbs
  • Obtain a full-face respirator certification for half face and full face, both negative and positive pressures
  • Talk, hear, stand, walk, speak and understand English, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with the hands and arms.

  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Forklift certification

Responsibilities

  • Consistently maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Safely and properly operate pneumatic powered conveyer line to wash large plastic drums
  • Periodically conduct quality checks
  • Diagnose common equipment/product issues and communicate them to the maintenance team
  • Accurately measure various production materials and pump products into or out of tanks, totes, drums, and jugs
  • Adhere to production schedules and consistently meet assigned metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to maximize safety and production and minimize downtime
  • Other duties as assigned.
