About The Position
We're looking for a Production Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple production processes that help restore and manufacture critical aircraft components. You'll operate production equipment, prepare materials, inspect parts, and help keep work flowing safely and efficiently. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and specifications
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment such as coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stations
- Prepare and mix materials according to process specifications
- Load and unload parts and materials from production equipment
- Monitor production processes and identify potential issues
- Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support other production activities as needed
