Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in a factory production line, warehouse, or physically demanding job that requires similar physical capabilities
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
• Capability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours per day
• Ability to perform repetitive reaching (both forward and above shoulder level), repetitive twisting, bending, and various repetitive hand and wrist motions including pinching, gripping, grasping, twisting, pushing, and pulling for up to 12 hours
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, keeping pace with the production line to ensure efficient factory operation

Nice To Haves

• Background in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry, or similar manufacturing work

Benefits

• Starting Pay Rates: 2nd Shift $19.42/hr. After 3-month probationary period, increased to $20.42/hr.
