Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in a factory production line, warehouse, or physically demanding job that requires similar physical capabilities
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
Capability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours per day
Ability to perform repetitive reaching (both forward and above shoulder level), as well as repetitive twisting, bending, and various repetitive hand and wrist motions including pinching, gripping, grasping, twisting, pushing, and pulling for up to 12 hours
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, keeping pace with the production line to ensure efficient factory operation
