As a Production Operator at Avient, you will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment used to blend, mix, or transport chemicals for customer products, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. Your duties will also include machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory rules, all while supporting the company's vision and principles.
