About The Position

As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, driving quality, efficiency, and teamwork every day. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll work side-by-side with a supportive team to keep production running smoothly, handle raw materials including dry pre-mix powders (up to 55 lbs.), monitor cutting-edge equipment and processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll also take part in troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance, helping us continuously improve and succeed together.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physically capable of safely lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 55 lbs. on a consistent basis
Strong attention to detail with solid foundational computer skills (data entry, basic systems)
Dependable and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime to support business needs

Nice To Haves

additional technical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Handle, transport, weigh, and analyze raw materials and finished product samples
Print, verify, and reconcile labels; support silo filling, packaging, and batch sampling operations
Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality; palletize and properly store materials
Monitor production processes and equipment performance to ensure efficient operations
Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
