About The Position

Barilla is seeking dedicated individuals to join their pasta packaging team. Packaging Operators are primarily responsible for loading packaging materials on the packaging machines, performing quality checks, and making mechanical adjustments as needed. This role is for the night shift and offers a pay rate of $26.57, which includes a 10% shift differential. The work schedule is a flexible (2-2-3) pattern, meaning employees work only half the days in a month and must be available to work every other weekend.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing
• General working knowledge of computers

• Knowledge of HACCP
• Knowledge of appropriate supporting programs (e.g., cleaning, sanitation, pest management, etc.)
