About The Position

Sensient Technologies is seeking a 2nd/3rd shift Production Operator to join their collaborative and hard-working team. This role is responsible for the daily manufacturing of products by following company recipes. The operator will learn to work across a variety of production lines within the facility and will receive a competitive wage, starting at $25+/hr, not including overtime or shift premiums. Requirements

• Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
• Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
• Ability to read, write with desire to continually learn and improve
• Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guideline with previous experience in plant production sites

Responsibilities

• Learning a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
• Reading and following detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products
• Operating a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy
