About The Position

We are looking for a dependable 3rd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help produce, package, and prepare products while following established safety, quality, and production standards. Hours: 11PM-7:30AM $1.20 Shift Premium

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
Lift truck or powered industrial equipment experience.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment used to produce, package, and ship products.
Operate equipment manually and through PLC-controlled processes.
Operate lift trucks and other powered material-handling equipment after appropriate training and authorization.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
Inspect materials and finished products and report quality concerns.
Complete required production logs, reports, and documentation.
Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Wear required PPE and follow all safety requirements.
Communicate unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other concerns to your supervisor.
Support other production activities and projects as needed.
Work different shifts and overtime when required by business needs.
