About The Position

Formica Corporation, a recognized name in the building industry with a portfolio of stylish, durable, and responsible products, is seeking a Production Operator. This role requires availability for various shifts, including overtime and weekends. Shifts include Second Shift (Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm), Third Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-6:30am), and Letter Shift (12-hour days/nights, three or four days a week, 6:30am-6:30pm or 6:30pm-6:30am). The company is looking for individuals open to creating their own career path and connecting with like-minded people.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• The ability to work overtime and weekends is a must
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Frequent moving and/or standing while reaching, pulling, and pushing
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse work is preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery
• Make machine adjustments
• Work with hoists, cranes, computers, and printers
• Check quality and inspect materials
• Move, store, and deliver material using platform trucks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment
• Perform general cleaning and routine janitorial duties
• Perform other incidental duties as required
