Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to accurately perform measurements and basic math calculations
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
Team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement initiatives

Nice To Haves

Vocational training or manufacturing coursework is a plus
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, mechanical, or technical experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust multiple production machines
Thread and restart equipment during material changeovers and breaks
Perform quality inspections and measurements using calipers and testing equipment
Complete production, quality, and scrap documentation
Package, label, and prepare finished product for shipment
Maintain material flow by replacing spools and managing inventory
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make process adjustments as needed
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
Communicate effectively with team members during shift handoffs
Support production goals and assist in other areas as needed
