Production Operator - Bonelli (Mesa,AZ)
About The Position
This role involves working collaboratively with a team to meet production goals and deadlines. The Production Operator will follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and wear required protective equipment. Responsibilities include safely operating and working around production machinery and equipment, setting up, adjusting, and running equipment according to production orders, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. The role also requires problem-solving to keep production running smoothly and supporting team members with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
- Assembly: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to commute to Mesa, AZ 85212 (Required)
- Ability to relocate to Mesa, AZ 85212 before starting work (Required)
