About The Position

As an employee-owner, you'll report to the Operations Manager and this position will perform a variety of duties on the production floor. It will require making informed decisions to determine the quality of the products and services being offered to ensure that product is built to the customer specifications. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material. Our Operators are cross-trained to handle several different stations along our production line.
