This is an entry-level position with a pay rate of $17.50+ DOE, with a potential for a $0.50/hr wage increase after 90 days. The role operates on a 12-hour day shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with rotating weekends. Paid breaks and lunch are provided.

Requirements

Entry level position. No experience required
Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities

Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records.
Other duties as assigned.
