About The Position

The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring their assigned areas are clean, organized, and operating under discipline. They must operate according to standard operating procedures, ensuring limited water usage during cleaning with a "clean as you go" principle. Effective handovers with the next shift are crucial. The role drives the production process to meet customer specifications, quality, and food safety standards, while ensuring targeted outputs are met through effective control of the manufacturing process. Communication with the entire team is essential, as is maintaining health and safety requirements and a positive safety culture. The operator is expected to represent The Froneri Way of working through behaviors and characteristics aligned with the Operating Model and Core Values, promoting a culture where employees are owners. This includes consistently using "looking eyes" and addressing issues as they arise, following the principle of "will I do this to my home?" Other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
