Requirements

  • Ability to carry out production operations in compliance with defined standards.
  • Ability to detect and report anomalies.
  • Ability to clean and maintain machines and workstations.
  • Ability to complete production monitoring documents.
  • Ability to supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
  • Ability to check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
  • Ability to isolate defective products and open a QRAP.
  • Ability to monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.
  • Ability to check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment.
  • Ability to perform level 1 maintenance.
  • Commitment to 5S principles at the workstation.
  • Ability to inform the team leader, or his supervisor, of the problems he detects and open a QRAP if necessary.
  • Ability to pass the instructions regarding your position to the next team.
  • Willingness to participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.
  • Adherence to all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.
  • Compliance with current policies and procedures.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of PAs (proposals for improvement).
  • Respect for the rules for respecting the product.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
  • Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
  • Complete production monitoring documents.
  • Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
  • Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts.
  • Isolate defective products and alert them by opening a QRAP.
  • Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.
  • Participate/Perform series changes.
  • Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.

  • Ensure level 1 maintenance.
  • Be guarantor of the 5S of the position.
