About The Position

Sensient Technologies is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Production Operators to join their team. This role involves aiding in the manufacturing of food and beverage ingredients, including cooking, mixing, packaging, and stacking products. The position offers the opportunity to learn various production lines and work across different roles within the facility, with on-site forklift training provided if needed. Requirements

Willingness to work OT, including Saturdays as your 6th day of work in the week
Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
Desire to continually learn and improve production processes
Knowledge of safety and quality guidelines
Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry preferred

Responsibilities

Learn a variety of production roles to fill gaps in the line throughout the week
Read and follow detailed recipe cards while producing high-quality products
Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant with on-site training provided, if needed
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace that complies with company and government policy
