About The Position
Bush Brothers & Company is looking for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift Plant Operators to join their highly collaborative team in a high-speed modern facility within the canned food manufacturing industry. This role offers the opportunity to be trained on various aspects of the production process, including production, quality, sanitation, packaging, and distribution. Employees are expected to adhere to high quality and safety standards and may need to work some overtime. Internal postings can lead to promotions into other career paths like Maintenance Technician, Coordinator, and Manager upon meeting performance and education requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Willingness to work some overtime.

- Forklift operation experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery in a production environment.
- Ensure adherence to high quality and safety standards.
- Participate in training for production, quality, sanitation, packaging, and distribution.
- Obtain forklift certification (in-house training provided).
