About The Position

Emseal, A Sika Company, is a manufacturer of premium sealants and expansion joint systems for the commercial construction industry and many specialty market applications. Emseal is looking to hire a Production Operator to join our team in Westborough, MA. This position will be responsible for working with hot plates to melt and subsequently weld rubber sections together to form an infinite variety of transitions.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Good steady hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to read a ruler down to 16th inch increments.
• Demonstrated understanding of angles, how to subtract and add angles.
• Numbers aptitude and the ability to add and subtract whole numbers and fractions.
• Must have ability to operate a fork truck or be capable of being trained to operate a fork truck.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds occasionally.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• Must speak and understand the English language.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Safety-conscious; follow all safety policies and procedures.
