About The Position

The 3rd Shift Relief Sanitation Technician (Line Clean Up) serves as relief for the full-time drain-cleaning personnel and performs related activities. The position requires working in a fast-paced production environment, following standard operating procedures and manufacturer specifications, and maintaining quality and sanitation standards. The role includes routine preventive duties and work with limited supervision.

The schedule is 10:50 p.m. to 6:50 a.m. Weekends, overtime, and holidays may be required as needed. Pay is $27.55 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential if applicable. A $2,500 hiring bonus is offered.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of solid work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and directions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work accurately under limited supervision.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Solid decision-making abilities, good leadership skills, and mechanical aptitude.
• Flexibility in work performed and schedule.
• Commitment to quality and sanitation and willingness to learn LQMS Sanitation Standards and Sanitation Critical Records Review.

Nice To Haves

• Experience communicating with supervisors and co-workers in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment.
