About The Position

As a Production/Extruder Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This role involves following established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. You will be responsible for loading materials into production machines, setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment, and inspecting raw materials and finished products for quality. Additionally, you will remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products, collect and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies, and clean production equipment and work areas.

Requirements

Able to repeatedly lift to 50lbs within a scheduled shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies.
Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.

Responsibilities
