About The Position

Del Conca USA is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial porcelain tiles and outdoor pavers, proudly producing our products in the USA at our state-of-the-art factory. The Del Conca Group is one of the most significant industrial entities in the Italian ceramic tile industry. The planning and design of each collection is conceived and carried out in Italy, in the Group’s own research facility. An across-the-board creative process, the fruit of intensive teamwork involving designers, laboratories, and quality technicians to ensure uniquely distinctive products; all made in the USA at the high-tech facility in Loudon, TN. We are currently hiring for our production areas on various shifts.

Requirements

1+ years of manufacturing, automated machine operation, or production experience is preferred.
Comfort working with automated machinery, control panels, and computerized packaging systems in a modern SMART factory environment.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical awareness.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proven dependability, consistent attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating a forklift is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Operating in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing plant.
Standing and walking on concrete floors.
Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs to access and adjust machinery.
Handling small labels, operating touch control panels, and using scanning equipment.
Regularly lifting, carrying, and moving tiles or material boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
Working with automated machinery, control panels, and computerized packaging systems.
