About The Position
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment used to blend, mix, package, and transport chemical products while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Candidates may work in either Mixing Operations or Packaging Operations depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience.
- Ability to accurately follow work instructions, recipes, and production procedures.
- Basic computer skills for production documentation and system transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating packaging or mixing equipment.
- Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing software.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or walkie lift experience.
Responsibilities
- Mixing Operator Duties: Set up, start, and operate production machinery while following safety and operating procedures.
- Weigh raw materials according to product recipes and specifications.
- Load raw and pre-blended materials into processing equipment.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Operate mixing, extrusion, discharge, and processing equipment.
- Inspect materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collect samples and deliver them to the laboratory for testing and batch adjustments.
- Complete machine cleaning and preventative housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and system transactions.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Packaging Operator Duties: Operate packaging equipment and small press machines.
- Run the Automated Packaging Line (APL).
- Label, count, palletize, and move finished products using pallet jacks.
- Accurately weigh materials and operate walkie lifts.
- Mix materials in small vessels according to production requirements.
- Inspect products and materials for quality compliance.
- Complete required cleaning, documentation, and SAP system entries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
