About The Position

As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast-paced, high-tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you’ll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry’s high standards. You’ll set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep your work area clean and organized. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high-quality products every day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or related experience preferred
• Chemical handling experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred
• Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred
