As a Production Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in turning raw aluminum into high-quality, precision components used across industries. Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce parts
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality expectations are met
- Load/unload materials and keep production flowing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to solve problems
- Follow all safety requirements, including PPE and work procedures
