About The Position

Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide. We are currently searching for Production Operator to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC.

Requirements

• Motivation and Dedication – Need individuals who have a desire to learn new skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
• Work in a team environment, Be a Team Player
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Build molded interior carpets, dash insulators, truck trims, and wheel arch liners for the automotive industry
• Be able to lift 40 lbs throughout an entire shift
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Starting wages of $19.26 an hour (plus shift premium for off shifts)
• Wage increases to $20.26 an hour after 90 days (plus shift premium for off shifts)
