About The Position

The Production Operator produces high-quality inks for customers according to batch tickets. The operator learns and uses production machines and processes, with an emphasis on producing quality products on time and maintaining safety as a top priority. The role is located in Franklin, Ohio, on the second shift, and pays $23.50 per hour plus shift differential. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 55 pounds and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with batch manufacturing.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform gathering, weighing, and packaging duties across production equipment, including use of computer control system software.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide input to supervision and management.
• Maintain facility housekeeping and participate in 5S activities.
• Work safely and follow Quality Management System guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation in all work areas.
• Assist coworkers and promote a team environment through effective communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or other member of management.
