About The Position

As a Production Operator (Dehydration), you’ll see a product’s transformation from individual ingredients to finished product. You’re the one behind the scenes making it possible for us to ensure top quality of Kerry products. This position will allow you to learn all aspects of the food manufacturing world, from gathering the raw ingredients, to operating the different types of machinery, and utilizing your attention to detail to maintain quality and follow strict SOP's and GMP's. If you’re active, this is the role for you because you’ll use your hustle for lifting and transporting bags of up to 50lbs of dry ingredients into the machines or stacking finished products onto pallets. If you have good communication skills and enjoy working with a team, we may be the place for you! You’ll be a key part of a high performing team that keeps production lines running efficiently while working together to ensure we all have a safe workplace.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
Reliable attendance is important for team operations.
Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.
