About The Position

Conagra Brands is looking for a Production Operator to join their growing team in Rensselaer, Indiana. Reporting to the Team Lead, the Production Operator will operate and monitor packaging equipment to support safe, efficient production. This role involves completing quality checks, addressing routine equipment issues, and collaborating with the team to ensure Orville Redenbacher and ACT II products meet Conagra Brands' quality and food safety standards. Benefits are available on Day 1.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic to moderate computer and iPad proficiency
• Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents
• Competence with basic math including measuring, averaging, and ranges
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced production setting with changing conditions
• Ability to work 3-2-2 schedule | 12-hour shifts 7-7 | Rotate days to nights every 4 months

Responsibilities

• Operate, stock, and monitor packaging machines on production lines
• Perform routine product and process quality verifications
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues
• Maintain required production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and policies
• Partner with team members and provide support across the line as needed
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and plant standards
