Requirements
- Excellent technical, practical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good decision-making and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required with relevant experience.
- Able to lift fifty pounds with continuous movement, sit, stand, reach, climb and bend.
- Must wear protective gear including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, high vis clothing in accordance with company policy.
Responsibilities
- Set up and control equipment used in the manufacturing process, focusing on safety, quality and production.
- Troubleshoot the process and equipment and implement solutions.
- Perform all jobs related to shipping, receiving and material handling.
- Drive fork trucks for material handling, shipping, receiving and order preparation.
- Maintain a safe clean work area.
- Continuously perform quality checks.
- Keeping safety first while working in a team-oriented environment.
