About The Position

Verve’s Ready to Drink (RTD) team is responsible for our specialty extract products and is held to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. The RTD Production Operator is hands-on and actively improving and monitoring processes and cultivating a positive and enthusiastic work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving skills
Basic Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Proactive mindset, a problem solver with the ability to work independently and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Positive Attitude; Self-Motivated; Active; Safety Conscious

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred
6 months experience in beverage production a plus.

Responsibilities

Production Process, Development and Optimization, including: CIP, sanitation, coffee extraction, data collection, finished good packaging, order fulfillment, etc.
Work as part of a fast-paced team
Show initiative, with an inclusive, positive and professional attitude
Take an active role in and monitor RTD processes
Adaptable with a willingness to learn and take direction
Execute daily inventory checks and FIFO order fulfillment
Executes stock replenishment for all campus inventory staging areas
Load outbound freight efficiently and safely
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Performs other general warehouse duties as assigned by department manager
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Safely operates handling equipment including, but not limited to, pallet jack, forklift, walkie stacker, and ladder
