About The Position

The Production Operator - Pre-Weigh accurately prepares and handles ingredients for production while adhering to safety and quality standards and supporting an efficient facility workflow. The role supports production areas through tasks that help ensure safety, efficiency, and precision.

Requirements

Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
Strong communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work overtime and shift hours.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or process experience.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Weigh and prepare ingredients according to production schedules and instructions.
Measure and handle ingredients accurately while following safety and quality standards.
Use digital and manual scales, pumps, hand scoops, and containers to measure materials precisely.
Transfer raw materials or finished products within the facility.
Prepare packaging, label containers, and palletize products.
Maintain accurate written and electronic records.
Operate warehouse equipment, including lift trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, as needed.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform additional duties as required.
