Production Operator II - Day Shift
About The Position
Pall Corporation, one of Danaher's operating companies, is a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification. The Production Operator II is proficient in the set-up, start-up, continuous operation, and shutdown of assigned manufacturing equipment and processes, adhering to Standard Work Instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices, and current Good Documentation Practices. This on-site role is part of the Production Operations department and reports to the Value Stream Leader. The company emphasizes a culture of belonging and continuous improvement, aiming to innovate at the speed of life and solve tough challenges for customers across various industries to advance health, safety, and environmentally responsible technologies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Go up and down stairs to operate equipment.
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs, or any other physical requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an ISO or cGMP environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment to manufacture product per standard work.
- Follow a weekly schedule and communicate potential production issues to manager in a timely manner.
- Complete all documentation and follow all GDP guidelines related to manufacturing processes in a timely manner.
- Follow all practices and procedures regarding safety and quality compliance including OSHA, cGMP, ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 requirements.
