About The Position

The Production Operator supports internal customers, including customer service, production, purchasing, technical support, and sales, by ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and timely production and shipment of quality products. The production operator is expected to learn, understand, and remain proficient in all production and warehouse processes and be capable of temporarily filling operational roles as needed to support team coverage during absences, call-outs, or peak periods.

• Must be trained to operate basic production equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Must be able to verify product quality and report defects, variances, or equipment issues to supervision.
• Must be able to ensure production material movements and documentation are accurate within the ERP system.
• Must be able to fill, pick, and ship customer and internal orders.
• Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work environment.
• Must be able to flex between warehouse and production activities based on operational demand.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
• Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Stages raw materials, components, and sub‑assemblies to production workstations in accordance with production schedules and work orders.
• Performs assigned production, assembly, and packaging operations following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Operates basic production equipment, tools, and machinery as trained.
• Supplies production lines with required materials and removes finished goods from production areas.
• Verifies product quality and reports defects, variances, or equipment issues to supervision.
• Ensures production material movements and documentation are accurate within the ERP system.
• Fills, picks, and ships customer and internal orders to satisfy customer requirements and production demand.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe production work environment consistent with company standards.
• The employee is expected to flex between warehouse and production activities based on operational demand.
• Performs other duties as assigned by BEKO Technologies, Corp. management to support operational and production needs.
