About The Position

3form is seeking a motivated and proactive Press Operator II to join its production team on the second shift. The role operates press equipment to produce 3form products in accordance with established safety protocols and production standards, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience and can work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication at the team level.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Task-driven and detail-oriented.
• Basic math computation skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to acknowledge and follow critical procedures.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds frequently, including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets.
• Ability to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift, up to 10 hours.
• Ability to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment.
• Ability to frequently bend, stand, walk, twist, kneel, and reach.
• Ability to see, hear, and acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, and forklift traffic.
• Ability to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from the Press Lead, Supervisor, and Manager.
• Work in a two-person team to build products.
• Follow standards for proper setup, production operations, and safety protocols.
• Meet or exceed efficiency and quality goals.
• Enter quality-control data.
• Execute the production schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe factory.
• Train new operators.
• Adhere to company rules, policies, and guidelines.
