Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Production or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with ability to troubleshoot and sequence equipment during start‑up and shutdown.
  • Proven experience with automated filling, packaging, or casing equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and operate digital control panels and production indicators.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards in food or beverage production.
  • Forklift certification with ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and long periods of standing during 12‑hour shifts.
  • Adaptability to work rotating schedules, overtime, and weekends as needed.
  • Effective communication and basic math skills to support documentation and process accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset with commitment to continuous learning in a fast‑paced production setting.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated filling, capping, and packaging equipment to maintain productivity and quality targets.
  • Perform equipment set‑up, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Inspect raw materials for compliance and ensure finished products meet established quality standards, initiating corrective measures as required.
  • Execute in‑process quality checks and accurately document production data in line with quality system procedures.
  • Manage filler line activities including robotic and casing operations, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Respond promptly to equipment alerts or performance deviations, trouble‑shooting issues to restore operations quickly.
  • Utilize computer terminals and operator interface technology to track production metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply safety protocols at all times, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, and support a culture of zero accidents.
  • Provide relief for other operational roles when required to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
