This role supports high-speed beverage packaging operations across bottle, can, keg, and variety pack lines while helping ensure safety, quality, food safety, and production goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to work around moving machinery, conveyors, forklifts, and production traffic
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment
  • Perform quality checks on products, labels, packaging, fill levels, and pallet patterns
  • Support line changeovers, startups, material staging, and line readiness activities
  • Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment, quality, and production issues
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production requirements
