Production Operator I Covington, GA 2nd Shift: 3:00p - 11:30p- Monday- Friday Rate of Pay: $20.00/hr Position Overview Production Operator I supports safe, efficient manufacturing of high-quality adhesive products. This role operates production equipment, monitors quality, and follows standard operating procedures in a team-based environment. The position requires consistent attention to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating industrial or automated equipment
• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience with quality inspections or batch documentation
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment per work instructions
• Monitor product quality and document results accurately
• Perform material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed)
• Follow safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
• Complete batch records and production documentation
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
