About The Position

The Production Operator I supports manufacturing operations by operating production equipment and performing hands-on tasks to ensure efficient and safe product output. This role contributes to consistent product quality by following established procedures, handling materials, and supporting routine production activities. The position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, organized, and compliant production operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout a shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment while complying with safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience working within established safety, quality, or regulatory standards.
Familiarity with material handling processes or basic production equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and perform manufacturing tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Handle and move raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to support production flow.
Monitor production processes, perform basic measurements, and collect samples to support quality requirements.
Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safe operation.
Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety standards, including proper use of required PPE, and report issues or deviations.
