About The Position

The Production Operator I performs basic filling and packaging functions and formulations as required in support of Coagulation, Clinical Chemistry, and Critical Care product lines. Work is performed using automated and manual methods in accordance with established quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

The role requires maintaining clean and orderly production areas, completing work orders and documentation accurately, following safety policies, and maintaining production pace and quality standards. The operator promptly reports production or quality anomalies to team leaders or senior packaging personnel and requests assistance as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than or equal to one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials per current OSHA standards.
• Administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Complete work orders accurately, completely, and in detail.
• Perform assigned duties safely and consistently with company safety policies.
• Complete required records, reports, logs, and other documentation accurately and in detail, following Good Documentation Practice.
• Maintain quality standards and production pace.
• Immediately notify team leaders or senior packaging personnel of anomalies and request assistance when production or quality issues arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
