The role is based in South Brunswick, NJ (onsite) and supports 2nd shift (3:30 PM–11:50 PM) or Midnight shift (11:30 PM–7:50 AM), Monday–Friday. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in chemical process or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Ability to wear a respirator and work around heavy machinery
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle 200 kg drums and 50 kg bags
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • English fluency and ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP, Camelot, or Marco systems preferred
  • Experience in liquid compounding or flavor manufacturing
  • Strong safety mindset and compliance-driven work style
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple shifts and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Compound liquid flavor products in accordance with production demand and shop floor instructions
  • Manually dispense flavor chemicals and blend with automatically dispensed materials
  • Package and filter finished goods and replenish raw material inventory as required
  • Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment within the production area
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized processing area in accordance with GMPs
  • Promote and comply with all safety, health, and environmental requirements
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to solve production issues and recommend improvements
  • Perform post-processing activities and support other departments as needed
  • Complete required documentation accurately using production systems
