About The Position

The Production Operator I operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures, loads and unloads materials, and monitors machine operations. The role performs routine equipment checks and maintenance, helps troubleshoot machine issues, and maintains a clean and organized work area. The operator must follow safety and company policies and may perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills, including ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Load and unload materials into machinery.
• Monitor machine operations and report issues to the supervisor.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
