About The Position

This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the manufacturing process. The Production Operator I will competently operate all support equipment, assist in training entry-level employees, and make necessary process adjustments. This position also involves performing quality tests and inspections to ensure quality standards are met, properly recording production data, and reporting. Adherence to plant safe housekeeping guidelines and compliance with SQF/HACCP requirements are essential.
